one day, my friend and i tried to rank the 7 deadly sins based on severity. We realized the nuances of the evils, and found that we could recount instances in which we'd been guilty of each. the conversation sparked this series, in which i represent the 7 sins. i focused on how each is derived from a place of lack, rather than a place of evil. pride stems from insecurity, lust from loneliness, and so on. each is really just a strand of the human condition. evil doesn't necessarily point to malice.
